If you want to print the information from this site then the easiest way is as follows (The dialog box may look different according to your printer and version of windows):

  1. Click on this link.
  2. In the new window click on File and then Page Setup as shown in Figure 1.
  3. Select the Landscape option and clear any Header or Footer entries of the Page Setup dialog (and click OK) as box shown in Figure 2.
  4. Click on File and then Print (see Figure 1).
  5. Click on the Options tab of the Print dialog box and put a tick for Print all linked documents (and click Print) as box shown in Figure 3.
